My first Brazilian there was horrible. The tech that helped me said she wasn't sure how to use hard wax. She didn't finish the job because she didn't want to keep hurting me. I looked down and my skin was bleeding and the wax dried onto my skin. I went home with so much pain, with dried wax on me. and I STILL went back the next day to get it fixed. Luckily another girl actually did the job right.

Although the tech that preformed hair removal was pleasant she was unsure of pricing/ area that was covered under medium. Receptionist stated I was recieve a price match when I added additional service but was not honored after service preformed.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. We had the 60 minute massage and were offered the Sauna Soak instead of the regular sauna and it was amazing! We had a great time! Will definitely be back!

My experience not so good. The lady who did my treatment was great, but they charged a $50 consultation fee that was not told to me prior to visit or when I arrived! I had 2 options, 1) pay the consult fee and the Groupon price, or 2) pay out right $95 and consult fee would be removed. Spa told me they had to recoup their losses by using Groupon. I didn’t appreciate the deception about my cost.
