I think there should be clearer expectations given for the types of eqipment they are using. I was only given "General" description of what it would do. I filled out a complete health history but no one looked at it before they sent me back to my treatment.
I didn't feel pampered, but more like just another number or another appt on the book.
Nothing was explained and I didn't feel welcome there. The treatments were done properly but with no human touch.
What a relaxing hour and a half.................loved the Winter Wrap experience! The owner is very nice and treated me like a queen! Would definitely reccomend!
It was a great experience and I enjoyed the Spa very much.
well i didn't feel my experience was worth my money...and the treatments that were provided, were not described prior to starting.....
i just felt cheated, and disappointed, so much so that I went on groupon , looking for another deal with a different spa, for my "real" hands on relaxing experience.....
