At F.U.E.L. Fitness and Massage, Brandon Barr combines his two professions: personal trainer and registered massage therapist. In doing so, he creates a set of programs that improve the body in appearance, performance, and musculoskeletal health. He motivates his students during boot camps throughout their upbeat, cooperative exercises, which promote weight loss, core stability, and camaraderie among participants. His myofascial-release therapy unwinds knots to help correct poor posture, commonly caused by long hours sitting at a computer desk or under a computer desk. Brandon’s inspiration for the design of his wellness programs stems from his own experience with the havoc high-performance sports and repetitive stress can wreak on the body.
