The people there were great and super helpful!

We rented SUPs from here last year and the experience was great. This year, not so great. We were given 3 different air pumps that were all broken, vastly incorrect directions to the nearest lake (we were told it was 25 minutes away, when it was actually 50 minutes away - driving fast), the sales guy was pretty unpleasant, and the inflatable SUPs pale in comparison to the solid ones we got from them last year, which they don't have anymore.

They were helpful and we had a great day on the river!

In the future it would be helpful if you notified clients prior to arrival that they need to transport their own paddle boards ( we would have taken a different be vehicle), inflate them, and drive an additional 45 minutes to get to the lake.

Prior to using this, we were never told that we were going to have to transport our paddleboards in our own vehicle, so it was really hard to fit all the equipment in my 2 door car. We were also never told that we would have to physically inflate the boards which was time consuming and a pain. The boards were very dirty after we used them, and then I had to put them back in my car soaking wet and full of sand. We also weren't told that we would have to drive 45 mins to reach a lake where we could actually use them. The groupon specifically said we would be "paddleboarding the rivers around Edwards". There was also no instruction or advice on how to use the paddleboards. Not a good experience

It was a ton of fun!

Good times and good equipment...no hassles getting on the River!

They didn't provide training for us first timers, the information we got from one female staff was wrong according to a male staff that helped us on arrival, we got a pump with a broken gage so we didn't know how far to pump it up before it would pop.

didn't seem very professional or like they really wanted our business...definitely treated like second class citizens because of the groupon...disappointing experience.
