At night it would get very hot in our room and we didn't turn any heat on the whole time, so we couldn't figure out why that was happening. Also the DVD player did not work and that was a little disappointing when we wanted to watch a movie at night. Other than those two things we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Thanks for everything during our stay. When we left our rental property I realized I had accidently left behind a bag. This was after we had already dropped off our keys and were well on our way to our next destination. The team at SGR was very accommodating while trying to figure out how we could get back into the unit without too much hassle. In the end I for my bag, and was happy with the great customer service.

My condo was a little "tired" but had all the supplies I needed. Couch in living room has to GO!

Make sure the "little" things all work - drawers, light switches, light bulbs, etc.
Office staff were very helpful. Assigned unit was a bit of a disappointment but OK for the short stay.

The maintenance turn around time could be better. We had a stopped up bathtub and it was the next day after I went and complained again before it was fixed.

Great people they even tried to find my sons lost ski socks for us and called to tell me they were unsuccessful but would have mailed them to our home if they were found.
