It wasn't horrible at all, but there were some glitches. the price was really really nice. it was worth the money I gave. I never got the "e-mail" I was supposed to get letting me know about the fast.... but I figured it out I think. First off, wow, ordering and getting started was effortless....the first order came FAST and early in the day... I was excited! However, I was surprised that this is called a juice fast as there is so much fiber in it, as usually my juice fasts are fiber free...! But hey, I rolled with it. The juices are mild flavored and pleasant, but I felt a little bored with it by day 3.... I wasn't a fan of the protein powder, but I agree with another subscriber, it deed seem to get me by some rough moments of huger.... I attempted to "clean up" my diet before hand and didn't really have too bad of a first day! I felt like this juice did a mild detox, not shocking my body too too much, ha, like stopping eating and drinking only juice isn't a shock.... This product, is delivered in 2 deliveries, which really made me happy as the juice will be fresher. However my first supply ended Monday and here it is Tuesday and I've never received the second half of the 7 day detox. As I said, it was worth the money I gave, for sure, and frankly if the price wasn't so good, I probably wouldn't have begun my fast right now... And I am happy that I've begun, ... It tastes pleasant...not too bitter, not too sweet. I wouldn't recommend only because I'd prefer a little more variety in my juices and of course the glitch in not being able to begin day 5 today because I was out of product. I do have to say that I have heard that Groupons really sell and I'm sure this seller is slammed, so I'm not really angry, just disappointed.
