What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Coaches and Trainers focus on making getting conditioned and fit as fun as possible. Kids and Teenagers do not realized they are even exercising because they are having a blast with their friends and teammates!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
After every hard work out session we play games like dodge ball or indoor soccer. So the fun is what the kids remember.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After running a youth wrestling club for fifteen years it has become more obvious that kids need a way to get fit that it fun. Our "Fun Fitness Classes" are best for kids who normally would not sign up for a competitive sport because they are out of shape or do not have confidence to go out for it.
What do you love most about your job?
The Staff and Coaches at EDH Wrestling & Youth Fitness thrive on seeing kids getting stronger, faster and having more self confidence. If they are moving and having fun then they are not on video games or watching TV. We also discuss with them healthy eating habits and healthy lifestyle.
