There's no secret to Midici's classic Neopolitan pizzas. In fact, each one is crafted by hand in the pizzeria's open kitchen, known as "the heart". Patrons can watch dough get formed from four simple ingredients: water, sea salt, live yeast, and imported, non-GMO double zero Neapolitan flour. When baked up in the wood-fired oven, this combination creates a light, chewy, crispy crust that explains just how pizza became so popular.

Cheese, tomatoes, and olive oil are also brought over from Naples to ensure authentic culinary traditions live on in every bite. Personal-sized pies are available in classic recipes, like Margherita with fresh mozzarella and basil, as well as decadent toppings such as truffle cream and prosciutto di San Danele.
