We offer a one on one practitioner assisted stretch session. The Stretch Zone™ Method® takes stretching to an entirely new level, and can have an incredible impact on a person’s overall health, prevent injuries, increase recovery and enhance overall performance. Our specific methods and protocols properly stabilize, position, and isolate muscles in a scientific way.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We all lead busy lives and most of us don't make time for the right kind of stretching, if we stretch at all.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping our community and seeing them light up after experiencing such amazing results they didn’t think were possible!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
