After years spent developing her personal exercise routines, Lisa Fox opened her own boutique fitness studio in 1999. There, she has forged an environment in which women of all makes and models can improve their image, specifically through Lisa’s self-created Fox Method of exercise. Fusing principles of Barre, yoga, Pilates, core conditioning, and cardio training, Lisa’s approach offers a challenging, full-body workout—and one that packs myriad potential benefits. Lisa and her fellow instructors lead classes every day of the week, with both morning and evening sessions anchoring the studio’s flexible schedule.
