You’ll then enjoy a series of restorative treatments, which may include: Abhyanga (therapeutic oil massage), Vansha-Abhyanga (hot bamboo therapy), Marma Abhyanga (focused on vital energy points), Udvartana (herbal exfoliation), Shiro-Abhyanga (head massage), Shirodhara (a soothing stream of warm oil over the forehead), Nasya (nasal therapy), and/or a relaxing herbal or dry sauna. Each session is thoughtfully customized to support your unique constitution and wellness goals. Dr. Alisa is lineage holder and has 20 years experience in Ayurveda.
