What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Super Serv is a Better Business Bureau–accredited maintenance company that offers a variety of services such as carpet steam cleaning, handymen, painting, appliance installation, and maids. Our mission is to offer our customers one point of contact for all their home-and-business service needs.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Super Serv started as a carpet-cleaning company but quickly realized the customers we served had other service needs but did not know whom to hire for these projects. That's when we partnered with a local renovation company to create Super Serv maintenance solutions, an all-in-one service company.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to improve our customer's quality of living. From a clean carpet to a fresh coat of paint, we are readily available to help you with your project and make your home and business a better place to live and work.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Out of all the reactions we have gotten, one clearly caught us by surprise. We performed a small-budget renovation in the city of Watertown, Massachusetts, and the customer was so thrilled with our crew and their work that they sent a handwritten letter to all the crew members involved in the project to thank them.
