What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Our Alpha Wrestling Program teaches Folks Style Wrestling to students students in kindergarten through high school. Our students work out intensely, learn the proper fundamental techniques, and increase mental toughness, all while having a good time with some great instructors. Fundamentals are the foundation for success in wrestling at any level, and our program is geared to develop correct fundamental techniques and then put them into action. Clinical work and live wrestling are a part of every class to help the students practice the techniques they have learned. The classes encourage teamwork and discipline, develop motor skills, instill the principles of good sportsmanship, and improve self-confidence. The kids will be challenged to perform at their highest levels and recognizable differences will be seen almost immediately. We are currently offering classes in two categories. Novice/junior (no prior experience to more than one year of experience), and high school levels. Alpha is also currently offering private lessons at all levels by appointment. Friday night clinics for experienced wrestlers as well as open mats. Classes are offered on Monday, Wednesday Fridays and Sundays. The Alpha facility offers locker rooms, Sauna, Steam Room, Cardio and full weight room.
