What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We enjoy interacting with people so a customer service business made sense. Dry cleaning was something we had been around for quite a while, something we were comfortable with and knew how to do.

My favorite compliment was a woman who said she drives 15 minutes further from home past another dry cleaners with similar pricing and quality to come to us because our employees are friendlier happier people
