Nikki Warren recognized a need in her community for a fitness program where women could let their hair down and workout without fear of being judged as unfeminine. She decided to fill that void herself by starting a tough, no-frills, and functional intense training program for women only. Rounding up some of the best practices and Schwarzenegger-esque one-liners from her career in fitness, Warren and her trainers helm rigorous, yet individualized regiments, keeping each member of the group in mind to ensure nobody gets left behind. They provide goal sheets to let each person know what exercises they should focus on during each one-hour class, as well as personalized meal plans designed to help generate results outside the gym.
