Sweet Serenity Massage and Salt Therapy, Florence

At Sweet Serenity, we have a trained staff to provide our guests with treatments for health and relaxation. Our Licensed Massage Therapists offer a variety of Massage Services to work out stressed and tired muscles including Therapeutic, Hot Stone, and Bamboo massage along with relaxing body treatments such as Salt Scrubs and Facial Toning Massage. We are joined by Jenny Reeves and Amanda Ankenbauer, 2 local yoga instructors who offer meditation and pilates in the salt room. Our Salt Room mimics the environment of a salt cave. Salt crystals are ground into fine microscopic particles and diffused into the air. Breathing in the salty air helps absorb moisture, eliminate toxins and allergens thereby promoting a healthier respiratory system and infrared sauna sessions improves patients’ overall well-being by relaxing them, stimulating the respiratory system, and reducing inflammation.
