Smoosh Ice Cream Sandwich Factory, Folsom

Smoosh redefines sandwiches by turning them into delicious desserts. Ordinary bread is replaced with two cookies packed full with various mix-ins, such as peanut butter, Red Velvet, or oatmeal. Next, a fat scoop of ice cream is smashed between the cookies and then, the whole thing is sprinkled with sweet toppings of choice (e.g. mini chocolate chips or gummy bears). The ice cream can also be smushed into a blender to create, for example, a strawberry cheesecake shake.
