More than a century ago, Bill Vetrano's grandfather began making wine in Sicily?a tradition he passed down to his son and grandson, who brought the tradition to his own Wisconsin vineyard in 2002. With help from his wife, La Verne, Vetrano oversees wine production and welcomes groups through Vetro's wine-colored front door for tastings and tours. As they sip, visitors can try wines that fall into six categories: red, white, dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, and sweet, such as a red cherry wine or a semi-sweet riesling.
