There, they choose from a selection pre-written pizzas like the Rev'd up meat and peppers or the skinny margherita furnished with organic tomato sauce and a low-fat mozzarella before it's slid into the fire oven. They choose to meddle with house staples—adding pineapple to a barbecue chicken pie—or craft their own, controlling everything from the dough to their selection from over two dozen toppings.
