We are a new and exclusive Fort Lauderdale Pole Sports Studio offering exceptional classes in Pole Sport, Pole Dance, and Pole Fitness. Combining Pole Sport, Pole Dance and Pole Fitness, Power Pole Sports has developed a unique full body, fantastically fun and addictive workout which we customize for every skill level, from first-time pole enthusiast all the way to the seasoned elite athlete. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We wanted to offer an inviting yet exclusive and upscale technically sound experience in pole sports, pole dance, and pole fitness. An evolution of pole from just a trend, to a well taught, structured discipline, with a proven leveled curriculum, which still offers a fantastically fun and exciting workout. We also want to provide a place where there are no judgments, only growth through guided progressions of pole skills so you can reach your fullest potential. We want to help you be the best version of you. Our tagline is “Pole is Evolving. Are you?"

What do you love most about your job?

Empowerment of our students through strengthening their mind, body, and spirit. Giving the gift of confidence through many well-earned successes with every new skill. Providing a healthy and uplifting atmosphere. We often say, “You can do it. And we can help you.” (This is particularly important to our beginners. They often feel like the pole is something they cannot accomplish physically. For beginners, pole is not about strength, which is almost always what they think, but about leverage and proper technique. Learning the science of pole and how to leverage each trick against the pole, while you build strength, is key. After level one, they BECOME stronger. THEN we utilize that strength, and build upon it. You don’t have to show up strong. All you need is a good attitude. We’ll teach you the rest.)
