What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Teaching others how to be healthy to reduce health risks and decrease their risk for obesity. Today’s world can make it especially challenging for both adults and kids to stay physically active and make healthy food choices. We love teaching others how to achieve that new lifestyle at a low cost.
