17 years experience as a professional Reflexologist, LMT, speaker & graduate of Duke Integrative Medicine Coaching program.. It was when I had my own experience with cancer, I wanted to expand my practice and reach people on a deeper level...getting to the root of who they are to best serve them

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Expanding my practice to include Integrative health coaching was a natural evolution. We are at a critical point where lifestyle is the main contributor to sickness, and let's face it, change is hard! Partnering with my clients using proven & scientific methods to create sustainable change, works!

What do you love most about your job?
People; connecting with their stories, seeing the 'ah ha' moments on their faces and seeing the joy of success when they lose weight or lower blood pressure, walk 3 miles....all the little successes that lead to the big ones!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When they refer someone new....that's how I know I'm doing my job well. When they succeed, feel better and want to share it with those they love!
