I was already undressed when I learned that I wasn't getting a traditional facial and that the person providing service was not an aesthetician. A device was used on my face and on the skin around my eyes. I came out with swollen eye tissue which took several hours to subside. The massage was painful. It was not the relaxing experience I wanted. It was not worth the price I paid so I resented tipping but it was so small a facility that I knew the only other person there would note it if I left no tip which for reasons unknown to me was too generous. And I did contemplate asking her to return it when the swollen tissue continued but I had time constraints and couldn't return.
