Mariscos El Sushi's chefs take two crave-worth cuisines—Mexican food and sushi—and blend them together to create fusion rolls. For example, to craft their Mar y Tierra roll, they combine fresh avocado and cucumber with shrimp and beef, and they slather an orange salsa on chicken, resulting in their Orange roll.
