Fit With Motive pushes participants to tone muscles, burn fat, and develop healthy habits with a fun, engaging interval training bootcamp. Students meet in classes in the fresh air of a local park, studying under certified personal trainers as they lift dumbbells, stretch, sprint, and practice plyometrics.
