What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

SkinBasix offers a wide variety of products and services for all of your beauty needs. We offer LED facial treatments for Acne, Rosacea and Anti-aging, Hydrodermabrasion, Skin Tag Removal, and more. We are unique in that we offer our customers an after hours support number to text for questions or concerns.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

After being in a corporate job for many years, I know that first impressions are important. I want people to look and feel wonderful and get the results they desire.

What do you love most about your job?

Building relationships with my clients. They are my friends and I want them to trust that I will meet their needs.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Cathy's customer service is top notch. She asked us lots of questions and made sure my daughter and I were well taken care of and satisfied. She is very detail oriented, which is obviously essential when addressing our skin care needs. Her smile is contagious and we are looking forward to our next appt.
