Zumba with Q is a smaller own business that provides you with the comfort and the motivation to help you get where you decide you should be within your fitness goals.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Hooting & hollering usually keeps everyone going in class! Zumba with Q provides different moves and moderations so that it isn't too hard or too easy. We also provide the right type of music that makes you feel good and just have fun!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We love Zumba! Zumba is simply put, a fun and energetic exercise in disguise! We just want to share it with anyone and everyone that has a slight interest!
What do you love most about your job?
We love that we are able to get a group of people together and just dance! Dancing to be fit with a nice support group makes it all worth while!
