What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I believe that customer service should always come first. Something that is seriously lacking at the chain stores. Which is why I opened my own shop. Computers have been my passion for as long as i can remember. After working on computers for 30 years, I still can't imagine doing anything else.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the challenge that come from resolving issues with computers. Not a day goes by that I don't see a new problem. This keeps things interesting to say the least.

Really? It's done already?
