Great place. I've only gone for the assessment which they require you to take before attending a session. The assessment is $20 but it seems like a great full body workout overall. Claire was friendly and knowledgeable. I was definitely feeling the burn the next day

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

An obsession with using our own body to heal itself. A drive to be as strong physically and mentally as I can be, and a passion to help others achieve the same. Life is too short, feel good!

What do you love most about your job?

What is not to love? I have an amazing time teaching and love watching others laugh, have fun and transform their bodies right in front of my eyes.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Who knew a killer workout could be so fun! The only thing I did more than smile was sweat!
