Mango con Chile, Garden Fresh Salad, Spicy Chicken Pickles and OMG!! Gourmet Garlic Jalapeno Peppers, Okra, Gourmet Pickles and Peppers Mixed, Pickles and Cucumbers Mixed and our Famous Avocado Dip made with the Award Winning Jalapeno. 3rd PL in Chile magazine at Zest Fest.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My Mother was dying with cancer. I had to buy her medications. My brother Joey was helping me can and He too died with lung cancer a year later. I started with 10 dollars, Worked 4 jobs.2 Part-t & 2side jobs. Then I got one full-time job, lost that & have focus on this 1 thing. PICKLES! CREATE JOBS!

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my Customers in disbelief on how Awesome, Amazing, Crazy good, Excellent, Superior, & The satisfaction they get. The repeat clients is to no end. The word of mouth. The question they ask "How you start this business ? All the locations I have. The Grateful opportunity to create many JOBS!!
