We do custom embroidery and personalization or our in store items or on something you bring us. If it holds still long enough we will personalize it. Mono it all is our motto. On site embroidery and same day work on most items. We provide Quality work. As well as quality items at reasonable prices.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
So many family and friends would order custom embroidery work and personalized gifts from online sites. They never got them in a timely manner or the quality was bad. I would have to "rescue" them and their crafting needs. From birthday shirts to bring baby home outfits. SOS was born to "rescue"

What do you love most about your job?
Creating custom work and making personal items extra special. Making customers happy with the quality work we provide.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Customer was in the hospital, she just had a baby. She was crying that A online site she ordered her babies take home outfit from still had not arrived. (She had ordered it a month before her due date) SOS was able to make her new princess a special oneise and even a big brother shirt. HappyFamily
