The client truly is the boss at It’s All About You. After her guests arrive at the studio, massage therapist Michele allows them to dictate which modality they prefer, which areas to focus on, and which areas to avoid. Once this has been determined and sealed with an aromatherapy-oiled handshake, Michele begins her work. A member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals group, she maintains a client-centric practice in more ways than one by basing her pricing on the massage’s duration as opposed to its type. During this time, clients are encouraged to keep an open dialogue so Michele can fully customize the treatment and deliver benefits such as decreased anxiety and enhanced sleep quality.
