What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Kilo Bravo is here to help anyone who is new to health and fitness or someone who has been exercising for years but just needs that extra push. Kilo Bravo also provides macro counseling and carb cycling programs as well.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a veteran I have seen how mental and physical health can affect a person. My goal is to make sure that each and every client leaves knowing they tried their hardest and feel accomplished.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy seeing people grow and become healthier in the long run. Fitness has become engulfed in fads and short term expectations and I am looking to change peoples lives for the long run.
