Pizzas are great! We got the largest pizza with a few of our favorite toppings. $30 pizzas for $15!

This place absolutely sucks! Not clean at all I ordered the chicken parm and specifically asked for an extra chicken breast and paid for the extra chicken breast but didn't even get a single chicken breast! They don't give you a chicken breast they chop your chicken up and give you about four pieces. And a lot of spaghetti but no sauce. The restaurant itself was very dirty tables weren't cleaned bathroom head paper towels and toilet paper overflowing out of the trash can. Will not be back this is the third time that I've been burned by this place this particular one on Gilbert Road and Chandler. I've been to others and Mesa and they were much better! Do you not eat at this place! I should have listened to the reviews that I read

The service was great, but the pizza was only okay. It's not great, but not gross either. However, I probably won't eat there again. Especially because it's so expensive. This place was really pricey, and not very good. Oh well, it could have been worse.

I placed a to go order, at 6pm, they told me 30-35 minutes I arrived at 640pm, they said it was coming right out...I ordered 2 calzones and 6 piece wings...I love the pizza here and was trying something new...I was always told if it ain't broken, don't try and fix it!!!I walked out the place at 715pm....I asked the counter guy how can we correct this wrong he said sorry and walked to the back....very poor customer service in Chandler,AZ the Val Vista and Elliot store...the calzones were mediocre and the wings were not tossed...I'm no way a complainer, been in food service for 25 plus years...but I traveled 40min to get to the place..

We choose the Chandler Rosati's when we bought our Groupon. We did not realize that it was counter service with just a couple of booths inside for seating and we went there expecting table service. The walls and floors were really dirty as well as the tables but they did come out and clean the tables when they saw us looking for a clean table. It's actual decor is on the nicer side for this type of pizza shop, it just needs a good cleaning. The pizza was a better than average, average being a Little Caesars. The staff was very friendly and courteous and seemed to act very professional. If you are doing take home service for pizza I would recommend it highly, but this particular location for in restaurant dining, my recommendation would be a little bit lower. The Groupon is a great value though.

I was disappointed with my order this evening. The lettuce in my salad was mostly brown and the wings were not completely tossed in sauce. I have always enjoyed their pizza, but they have almost priced themselves out of my range.

I debated giving it a 3 star. Overall I loved the pizza without the grouping for a small pizza and a dozen wings is 32 bucks! After eating it I see why. I can taste the quality in the meat. They didn't put ranch with the wings but I should have asked if it was in there since when I ordered they ask of you want that or bleu cheese. The staff was super friendly but I was shocked they didn't even have a menu anywhere. I am not sure I would go here again without some sort of discount but it was delicious.

Pizza was horrible but customer service was even more worst. It was like a nightmare really, bad part is that their wasn't no one in the restaurant but us. They messed up on our order completely. Severs didn't know what they were doing and didn't know anything about restaurant or food. So bad. Never going to recommend this business to anytime. It took over an hour no letting me know either.

We have eaten at Rosatis many times and this one was disappointing, the sauce wasn't very good and the rust had a ton of what I think was cornmeal, I would have expected it to be crunchier as a result of this but it wasn't. Will probably not buy from this Rosati's again!

From Our Editors

Rosati’s Pizza's history dates back to the early 1900s, when a recent Italian immigrant named Ferdinand Rosati moved from New York to Chicago with the dream of opening a restaurant. His first attempt was modest—with Ferdinand simultaneously fulfilling the duties of chef, server, dishwasher, and host—but quickly gained popularity for its crispy-thin-crust pizzas, originally served as complimentary appetizers. Encouraged by the public's response to the pies, Ferdinand and his son, Sam, decided to focus their efforts on opening a true pizzeria.

Today, at Rosati's Pizza locations across the country, plumes of heat swirl above piping-hot pies concocted from handmade sauce and dough. A smattering of toppings cling to five crust options—crispy thin, double dough, Chicago-style, pan, and superstuffed—as well as hide from their hungry predators inside hand-rolled calzones. Homemade lasagna and fettuccine alfredo battle for the top pasta spot, and fried chicken, baby back ribs, and fried-shrimp dinners work together to distract diners from hard-to-resist buffalo wings.
