What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are more than just a gym; we are a community of motivated and dedicated individuals who come together with the common interests of performance and longevity. MORA means Spartan military unit, and as such, we are a single unit that works together to achieve our goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
With different workouts everyday, and a variety of class programs, there is a class that fits everyone's fitness goals. We use a computer-based performance tracker that keeps track of your progress and also helps the instructor determine an appropriate training intensity for you.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
CrossFit MORA was started on the foundations of health, physical fitness, and community. Our mission is to inspire individuals and their families to reach their highest potential. We believe that health and wellness are a top priority to living a longer and happier life.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy being surrounded by those who share the same interests as I do. I love being able to share my knowledge to improve the lives of my members, and forming lasting friendships with them.
