The female receptionist was very rude and she did not honor her word or call back as she stated she would - she was very unprofessional. Her actions reflect poorly on the company

This was a $49 coupon for up to 400 sq.ft. of carpet cleaning. I had stairway carpet cleaned and two 6x8 area rugs cleaned that they took to their place to clean and returned two days later. The cleaning was very good on all, however, I was told the coupon didn't cover what I had them do. He was going to accept just the coupon, but I offered to pay more since I felt bad about it. He was very nice but I had to pay another $100. The coupons should be more clear on exactly what service is being provided or NOT provided.

Worst job ever, I spent an hour after they left still vacuuming and used an over the counter cleaner to remove some dirt smudges. My son was there when they cleaned the furniture, when I got home that night there was no evidence anything had been cleaned, except for the cushions being removed.

i got the groupon for three rooms and a hallway up to 600 sq.ft. When i had spoken to the company before i purchased the groupon they said they would move the furniture so they could get all of the carpet, but they did not move one thing...they cleaned around the furniture. Although i feel that they did not perform the service that i paid for, they were very nice and very understanding of scheduling.

They called and ask about the voucher # and gave us an appt. to come and clean the carpet but they never showed up!! I will never trust them to come and clean in my house and I will not buy groupon to clean the carpet again!

Months of un-returned phone calls. Last minute cancellations. Late to arrive. Didn't pretreat stains.
