I purchased a groupon that was for 3 body wraps and I did complete the first body wrap but since then the spa has no been open or returned any calls. I did receive a notification that my second appointment was cancelled but no explanation or follow up as to why. I thought the first service was great but I would like to complete my services.
They are imossible to get a hold of. It took me over a week to get through to schedule my appt because their voice mail was full. Now i'm trying to schedule another massage because me groupon included a membership (which the girl at the desk didn't know how to process). Now their voicemail says to book online but there is no option to book online! grrrrrrrrrrr

The place is very hard to make an appt, can't talk with anyone on the phone (even though I left messages) then when you get their they 'upsell' you on all the products explaining how it won't work unless you have several treatments. Although the gal that did my wrap was very friendly.

Massage Therepist is not experienced. No rythym in her massage. Also, we booked a deep tissue massage, but therapist complained that fingers were hurting. Very dissappointed.
After the terrible first experience, the manager asked us to re-schedule and he would be sure we got the packages we paid for. We have left 3 messages to re-schedule and no one will call us back. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
