What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have years of experience working on computers and the desire to go the extra mile to solve computer issues for clients which big box stores did not let me do, so I started the Lab Computer Repair.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the ability to fix a problem that a client brings in, and to see them smile when they get back their computer fixed

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
That I solved a problem that no one else could.
