At Led Better Fitness you will experience a Family owned facility, driven to provide an Educational, Friendly, Enjoyable, Professional and most importantly Innovative experience where every person can become who they want to be.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Beyond the competitions, games and prizes at Led Better Fitness, Boot Camp is a family. We work hard together, we sweat together, we have pain together and we have fun together. You always have somebody next to you willing to give it all and to push you to give your all as well.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
For most of my life, I was uncomfortable in my body. When I graduated college I knew I had to get into a more active, healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. When I became fit it was the greatest feeling I've ever had, and now I want to pass that feeling on to others.

What do you love most about your job?
There is nothing better than giving somebody the motivation, drive consistency and tools needed to succeed in all aspects of fitness; then watching them change into a happier, more confident and healthier person.
