Gateway Tech offers free diagnostics of all devices brought in. Once the diagnosis is complete, we will inform the customer of the final price required to fix the issue. Usually, the labor cost will be around 50

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We chose to work in this industry because we enjoy learning the new technologies that come out and have fun fixing any problems that arise!

What do you love most about your job?
At a young age, I was mesmerized by computers and networking systems. I found it interesting and spent my education years learning all there is about them. I decided that it was necessary for me to share my skills with the community in order to advance technology around us all.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Very fast service and response. Did such a good job i brought in another computer for repair. Will definately be my go to person with any future pc issues. Very reasonably priced as well!
