Bare Hands Brewery, Granger

South Bend-native Chris Gerard had one mission when he first opened Bare Hands Brewery back in 2011: to handcraft small batches of incredible beer made with high-quality ingredients. And while the brewery has always stayed close to its roots and local to South Bend, Bare Hands Beers are currently shared across taprooms, bars, and from distributors all across the state, and cater to the varied palates of all of Indiana through brews sampled from the tap or bottled in South Bend. Some Bare Hands' premium drafts include:

• THAI P.A. (7.1% ABV): The brewery's most in-demand draft, this experimental mix is brewed with spices like Thai palm sugar, kaffir lime leaf, galangal, and lemon grass, all resulting in a recipe that brings citrus spice to a crisp American IPA.
• Honey Badger (9.5% ABV): This double IPA's honey-soaked sweetness is only matched by the ferocity of its pungent Citra hop flavor. Part of Bare Hands' Rotational Beer selection.
• That's My Jam (9% ABV): A blend of Bare Hands' signature imperial wheat and seasonal fruits like raspberry, mango, peach, and pineapple. Each barrel of imperial wheat is fermented on forty pounds of fruit for full-bodied flavor.
