Jones Hypnosis has helped clients since 2012 with different issues such as weight loss, stress relief, childhood issues, and sports performance.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
In 2012, I left teaching to focus on individuals and their goals. I love to teach but found it better one-on-one or in small groups.

What do you love most about your job?
Teaching and guiding clients into a state of mind they did not realize they spend 70% in. We spend 70% of our day in self hypnosis, isn't time to learn how to use it to reach your goals.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The look of my clients face when they realize they can change and the power is within them not me.
