What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We teach a vast array of self-defense techniques that are based on biomechanics of the human body, through the art and science of Nihon Goshin Aikido. This builds confidence and the ability to use a minimal amount of force to get the maximal amount of efficiency out of self-defense.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
We provide a safe and professional environment for students to learn self-defense. Students should wear active wear clothing for each class. All other gear needed for training will be available in the class room.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Nihon Goshin AIkido is the most effective martial art that I have ever been exposed to, covering thousands of scenarios, both unarmed and armed self-defense. For that reason I wanted to further my martial arts career by sharing this knowledge with others, Aikido is for everyone!

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the changes take place in the students, the development of confidence, coordination, self-discipline and of course the smiles when they achieve success in what they put so much effort in to!
