(I am not a beginner student, so most of my review is catered towards non-beginners, but just know that her classes are perfect for people who both come with experience or come to aerials for the very first time!)
If you're searching for an aerial studio with small class sizes and plenty of opportunities for one-on-one feedback to fine-tune your skills, Chrysalis Aerial Academy is the place for you!
What I love most about this class is that Caitlin is so student-centered in her teaching. If there are students interested in focusing on a certain move that class, she gives us the time, space, and guidance to work on it. Combine that with the small classes, and this place is a dream come true!
Plus, it's in Gresham! Thank the world! There's finally an aerial studio in Gresham! :)
My one complaint is that the gym isn't air conditioned, but most of the time I hardly notice because I'm too engaged in class!
No, but really, Caitlin is super kind and encouraging and is clearly dedicated to aerials and all of her students. I walk away from classes feeling like we're all one big, happy, silks, circus family! :)
