At CrossFit PDX, Level-1 certified CrossFit trainers lead participants through intense, constantly varied workouts that incorporate functional movements to improve speed, strength, flexibility, balance, and other physical skills. Routines can be modified to each individual’s fitness levels, so anyone can participate, regardless of how many pushups they can do or how far they can shot put a cantaloupe inside a supermarket. The classes constantly vary to keep the body challenged and participants engaged and incorporate a mix of weight lifting and cardio elements.
