At Make Time 4 Massage, the focus is on balancing the mind, body, and soul through the art of touch. Licensed therapist Colleen Duncan looks at the big picture with each treatment—rather than limiting her focus to areas of pain or limbs wrapped in boa constrictors, she wants to bring wellness to the whole body. She asks patients to fill out a health history form and discuss any past or current concerns. She’ll then design a treatment plan that may include Swedish, deep-tissue, or Thai techniques, and to work more deeply into tissues she might incorporate heat and essential oils.
