The husband-and-wife duo behind The Exercise Coach, Brian and Gerianne Cygan, know how hard it can be to spend hours at the gym without seeing results. That's why they set out to find a better way to workout. What they came up with is the Smart20, a highly customized 20-minute workout designed help people offload pounds in two sessions per week.

Before beginning, the coaches measure your unique muscular ability with their connected fitness technology, called Exerbotics. Armed with your specific analytical readout, they draw up the blueprints for a workout routine scientifically engineers to catapult you toward your personal fitness potential and goals.
