A Taste of Olive, Haddonfield

At A Taste of Olive, guests sample a variety of olive oils and tangy balsamic vinegars from around the world before having their selections bottled, corked, and sealed in the shop. Huge stainless-steel fusti filled with the oil and vinegar offerings line the walls of the store. These drums, called fusti, protect their flavors, ensuring that the oils and vinegars stay fresh until it's time for them to grace salads and backyard slip 'n' slides.

Clients pour samples from the fusti, taste them, and then take home bottles of aged dark, crisp white, and fruit-infused balsamic vinegars, as well as olive oils spiked with capers and garlic, jalapeños, citrus, porcini mushrooms, and more. Shoppers can also pick up a wealth of gourmet foodstuffs to serve alongside their oils and vinegars, including martini olives, antipasti and savory tapenades.
