What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Smaller classes allow for a more personal touch than what you usually get in a group exercise class. Your kids can workout for free with you (12 and under). Ask me about family group rates.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? The workout's pace is set to top 40 music ranging from what's currently trending to 90s music. The tempo and intensity of the moves increase throughout the workout. Modifier moves are taught for varying fitness levels so you can keep moving at your own intensity.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? After losing 40 pounds using the Insanity DVDs at home—all alone—I decided to share my passion by becoming an Insanity Live instructor so I can help people. Fifty percent of the proceeds go to the church and youth program. So you can get fit, and know that you're helping a good cause.

What do you love most about your job? I love helping people. Having struggled with my weight since childhood, I know how difficult it can be. Helping people improve their lives through health and fitness has become my passion.
