The Yoga Tree, Haverhill

Housed in a studio overlooking the sparkling waters of the Merrimack River, The Yoga Tree invites students to gain a clearer, more empowering perspective through the practice of yoga. The instructors mainly lead vinyasa classes, teaching attendees to use mindful breaths as they transition between asanas and proceed through gracefully flowing sequences.
